Building Dreams for the Future—The 3rd “Technical Personnel Appointment Ceremony” of Yilong Coatings Was Held Solemnly

Precisely at 9:00 a.m., the company’s General Manager Chen Yun, Chief Financial Officer Zhou Dengqin, Deputy General Manager Wang Guoming, Assistant to the General Manager Pang Qiang, and department heads gathered in the Academic Hall of the company’s R&D Building to solemnly hold the third “Technical Personnel Appointment Ceremony”!
According to the “Management Measures for the Appointment of Professional Titles in the Technical Department” formulated in 2020, after careful selection and evaluation, a total of 14 chief engineers, engineers, and assistant engineers have been appointed. They are:
Lead Engineers: Fu Xiaoxuan, Zhai Yong, Li Jifu, Long Lijun 
Engineers: Tian Yong, Hu Jian, Shao Ruiquan, Liu Yang
Assistant Engineers: Tao Tao, Liu Tianxiao, Zhang Baoshan, Xie An, Ding Ke, Li Kunkui
General Manager Mr. Chen and Assistant to the General Manager Mr. Pang presented them with appointment letters respectively.
At the award ceremony, the General Manager and the Assistant to the General Manager each delivered remarks, congratulating the newly appointed technical staff and encouraging everyone to work enthusiastically and strive for outstanding performance in this year’s value assessment, with the hope that even more people will receive appointment letters next year.
At the award ceremony, newly appointed Assistant Engineer Zhang Baoshan delivered a brief speech: “I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the company’s leaders at all levels for their care and support, as well as to my mentors and colleagues. The road ahead is long and winding, yet I will keep striving upward and onward. Let us never forget our original aspirations and forge ahead with unwavering determination.”
