Yilong Coatings has always placed R&D at the heart of its strategic priorities. In 2013, Yilong Coatings invested over 20 million yuan to build an R&D center. After officially going into operation in 2016, the proportion of R&D personnel exceeded 40%, and the company established a closed-loop management system encompassing “project selection and approval—research planning—technology transfer.” As of 2025, Yilong Coatings has obtained 14 patents, including 4 invention patents, and has also taken the lead in drafting 3 industry and group standards.
