The groundbreaking and commencement ceremony for the Chongqing Tuoyu Coatings R&D and Production Base was a complete success.

In the vibrant March of spring, flowers have all faded; yet April—the most beautiful season on earth—is just beginning. Benevolent rain from Qingchuan brings auspicious blessings, joyfully welcoming the groundbreaking ceremony for Tuoyu!

On April 12, 2022, the groundbreaking ceremony and commencement of construction for the Chongqing Tuoyu Environmental Coating R&D and Production Base were held with great pomp at the Shuijiang Industrial Park in Nanchuan. Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were representatives from Chongqing Yilong Coatings Co., Ltd., the Project Department of Chongqing Tuoyu Coatings Co., Ltd., the Chongqing Coatings and Painting Industry Association, the Chongqing Institute of Chemical Engineering Design, and Chongqing Zhuchen Steel Structure Co., Ltd., among other organizations.

The ceremony officially began at 9:18 a.m. Chen Yun, Chairman of Chongqing Tuoyu Coatings Company and General Manager of Yilong Coatings Company, delivered a speech on behalf of the investor and constructor. Li Fu, Secretary-General of the Chongqing Coatings and Painting Industry Association, delivered a speech on behalf of the association. Representatives from the contractor and other parties subsequently offered their congratulatory remarks!

The Tuoyu R&D and Production Base Project, with an annual output of 50,000 tons of environmentally friendly industrial coatings, is being developed and constructed with investment from shareholders of Chongqing Yilong Coatings Co., Ltd. It represents a major step in the “Yilong Coatings Brand” development strategy. Today, a grand groundbreaking ceremony was held, solemnly marking the start of a new journey for “Yilong Coatings”—a journey characterized by courage in the face of adversity, second entrepreneurship against market trends, innovation, and high-quality development.

The construction of Tuoyu Coatings’ production base will adhere to the principles of green products, advanced technology, safety and environmental protection, automation and intelligentization, and high efficiency. It will adopt cutting-edge domestic and international coating production technologies to build a modern coatings enterprise with strong product R&D and innovation capabilities, as well as the ability to provide personalized product customization and services.
