Chongqing Yilong Coatings Co., Ltd. participated in the Chengdu session of Zhongxu’s “President Execution Model 6.0” training.

In the golden autumn of October, it’s harvest season. Yet, under a light rain, we’ve once again set out on our journey to sow seeds!

From October 24 to October 27, a four-member learning team led by the general manager traveled to Chengdu, the capital of the “Land of Abundance,” for a four-day, three-night study session on the “President’s Executive Model V6.0.” During the study period, the team received training and shared insights on topics including cognitive upgrading, organizational empowerment, crisis management, and value assessment. To a large extent, this experience enhanced the participants’ understanding and helped them clearly identify the company’s current, tangible gaps. Throughout the study, they also engaged in discussions with their mentor regarding the company’s current management practices and underlying philosophies. Immediately after the study concluded, the team organized a discussion and shared their key takeaways among all participants.

Learning is about making change. But how exactly do we bring about that change? That’s a question left for each participant to ponder. Starting from their own positions, they’ll develop specific improvement plans. By the end of November, they’ll also travel to Shenzhen once again for a focused study on value assessment, and based on the company’s current realities, they’ll work out a practical and effective assessment framework.

Losers usually end up traveling a bit further down the path to success by sticking to their old ways. We don’t want to keep moving forward the same way we’ve always done; even less do we want to fail. With the groundbreaking of the NanChuan new factory imminent, objectively speaking, we’re left with no opportunity to “put on new shoes and walk the old path.”

Change—there’s no choice but to change! Only by transforming everything that can be transformed can we embrace new challenges.
