In early November 2022, an outbreak of COVID-19 occurred in Chongqing Municipality and quickly spread to various districts. The Jiangjin District Government promptly activated its emergency response mechanism and implemented temporary closed-loop management across the entire Shuangfu area.

To effectively curb the spread of the epidemic, on November 14, the government of the Shuangfu Industrial Park implemented closed-loop production management for all enterprises within its jurisdiction. With the exception of vehicles and drivers responsible for supplying essential materials, strict closed-loop management and production protocols were enforced to safeguard the health of employees and ensure enterprise safety. Our company responded swiftly, stepping up our management efforts comprehensively—making them tighter, stricter, and faster—while maintaining stable production order. The company has established an epidemic prevention and control task force led by Vice President Wang Guoming, with heads of various departments serving as members. The task force is further divided into six working groups. Vice President Wang Guoming serves as the primary person in charge of the company’s epidemic prevention and control efforts, providing comprehensive guidance on production and operations, coordinating overall deployment, assigning tasks and fostering collaboration among teams, and engaging in joint prevention and control measures with relevant departments. The task force closely monitors the evolving epidemic situation and develops emergency prevention and response measures.

The company conducts daily disinfection of production and living areas. All incoming materials must be thoroughly disinfected. We monitor employees’ daily body temperatures, actively cooperate with the park in carrying out nucleic acid tests, and keep real-time track of employees’ health conditions to ensure their safety and production safety. We make sure that all employees residing at the factory have clear records—clear counts, clear individual identities, clear locations, and clear situational awareness—and strictly enforce personal protective measures.
