In early November 2022, COVID-19 broke out in Chongqing and spread rapidly across various regions. The Jiangjin District Government promptly activated the emergency response mechanism and implemented temporary closed-loop management across the entire Shuangfu area.

To effectively curb the spread of the epidemic, on November 14, the Shuangfu Park authorities implemented closed-loop production management for all enterprises within its jurisdiction. Strict closed-loop management and production were enforced except for supply vehicles and their drivers, so as to protect employees’ health and enterprise safety. Our company responded rapidly. While maintaining stable production order, management was tightened, reinforced and accelerated. Upon receiving the notice, employees packed their bags without prior consultation, standing together with the company through hardship.

The company set up an epidemic prevention and control working group led by Deputy General Manager Wang Guoming with heads of all departments as members. The working group was divided into six sub-groups. As the primary person in charge of the company’s epidemic prevention and control work, Deputy General Manager Wang Guoming provides overall guidance on production and operation, makes overall arrangements and assigns tasks for coordinated work. The team carries out joint prevention and control with relevant authorities, closely monitors epidemic developments, and formulates emergency prevention and response measures.

The company carries out disinfection of production and living areas on a daily basis. All incoming supplies must be thoroughly disinfected. We monitor employees’ body temperature every day, actively cooperate with the park in nucleic acid testing, and keep track of employees’ health status in real time to ensure personnel and production safety. For on-site resident employees, we keep clear records of total number, individual information, accommodation locations and personal conditions, and implement requirements for personal protection.
