2020 is coming to an end. Looking ahead to 2021, and in light of the vigorous implementation of national environmental protection policies and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our company has already laid out its business objectives for the new year. Water-based coatings will be a key focus of our company’s development and an important driver of profit growth. To this end, the company has invited relevant suppliers to our facility for technical exchanges and business discussions.

On December 16, Xiong Quanbo, an engineer from the Surface Materials Division of Chongqing Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd.; Mr. Wang from Chengdu Ruilong Chemical Co., Ltd.; Manager Zhu from Chongqing Meisonghua Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.; and Mr. Jia from Chongqing Yimao New Materials Co., Ltd. visited our company for a technical exchange.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our company was unable to participate in the 2020 Guangzhou Coatings Exhibition. To fill this gap, Wan Hua Group sent Engineer Xiong Quanbo, the technical head for the Southwest region, along with agents from various levels across the Southwest, to visit our company specially. During our exchange, we learned that the company’s new products—2026, 2032, 2072, and 2083—each have distinctive features. Particularly in areas requiring high gloss, such as low-hydroxyl, high-hardness formulations and the use of oil-based curing agents in combination, these products show tremendous potential for application in the construction machinery sector.

On December 17, senior executives from BASF (China) Co., Ltd., including Huang Yanhao, Marketing Director, and He Jing, Market Manager for the Asia-Pacific region, along with regional agents from Chongqing, paid a special visit to our company. Although BASF’s products are not highly compatible with our company’s existing systems, they still offer several distinctive products—for example, Hydroxypropyl 8300 and 1035W, which can be used in various hybrid substrates to enhance adhesion. At the same time, they introduced to our company a cost-effective emulsion specifically designed for clear-coat baking paint systems. Once implemented, this product will significantly boost the market competitiveness of our water-based products.

Through these exchanges and negotiations, our company has not only deepened mutual understanding and strengthened the bond between us and our clients, but also broadened our company’s resources and perspectives. This will undoubtedly give us a significant boost in achieving our business objectives next year!

Next, our company will also extend a broad invitation to other suppliers to visit our facility for technical exchanges and business negotiations.
